Due to the handmade nature of our snuffle products, please allow up to 10 business days for dispatch of all orders from Melbourne, Australia. During holiday periods or big sale periods, additional time may be required (approximately 3-5 working days).

We utilize Australia Post for our deliveries from Melbourne. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 days from the date of product dispatch. Please note that regional areas and parcels shipped to South Australia (SA), Western Australia (WA), and the Northern Territory (NT) may require up to 10 working days for delivery. If you have chosen Express Post, the current estimated delivery time is 2-3 days. We offer a flat rate of $10.00 for standard delivery on all orders, and $18 for all express orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please double-check and ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Any additional shipping fees and packaging costs resulting from an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.
