DAMAGED PRODUCT
If you receive a product that has been damaged during delivery, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. The damaged product must be returned in the same condition it was in when you received it. We will arrange for the repair of the damaged product or provide a replacement of equal value. Alternatively, we can offer a refund in the form of a store gift card. Please note that sale items and used items are not eligible for refunds or replacement
