Who are we?

Based in Melbourne, Australia, Snuffle Puzzle was born out of our experience as first-time dog owners during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. Seeking an intelligent and energetic companion, we welcomed Emma, a sweet spirited Border Collie, into our lives. She not only brought immense joy but also introduced us to the exciting adventure of being dog owners for the first time.

As days went by, we realized that Emma's boundless energy left her feeling constantly bored, resorting to chewing on anything in sight and playfully chasing us around the house. Determined to find a solution, we embarked on a journey of exploration, searching for ways to keep our active pup engaged and occupied while we worked from home. That's when we stumbled upon an incredible concept called "snuffle."

During a Google search, we came across various do-it-yourself snuffle mat videos on YouTube, and we decided to make one for Emma. The snuffle mat was amazing! not only did it keep Emma occupied, but it also allowed us to focus on our work, knowing she was content and tired from the engaging activity.

Intrigued by the power of enrichment, we delved deeper into the world of do-it-yourself projects and discovered countless remarkable DIY videos and inspiring content on YouTube and Instagram. We eagerly experimented with different ideas and enlisted Emma as our faithful product tester. She adored each and every one of our creations.
